What is SoulMotion TLV?
SoulMotion TLV is a day of movement, exploration, and connection—an opportunity to step out of the usual patterns of daily life and into a space of embodied inquiry. Through somatic practices, yoga, contact dance, breathwork, and vocal activation, we’ll take time to sense, move, and relate in new ways. There’s no goal to reach, nothing to achieve—just a space to engage with movement and presence, however that takes shape for you.
